Job summary

Mobily is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations in a busy wireless retail environment. You’ll drive performance, coach a team, manage inventory, and roll out new products with district partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll oversee team development, recruit and train staff, and ensure a welcoming, compliant store. This role supports growth across our nationwide expansion with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes’ radius from the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
