Job summary

Mobily-LL, one of the nation’s largest AT&T authorized retailers, is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Texas to lead a busy store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own sales and operations, coach your team, manage inventory, and rollout new products with your District Manager.

The role requires 2+ years of retail sales management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
