Job summary

Mobilelink in Jasper, TX is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee all sales and operations at the location. You will lead a team, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage inventory and store standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to educate staff on compensation plans, and collaboration with the District Manager to launch new products and processes. This is a full-time, in-store position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Create a productive work environment for staff development and growth.
• Understand and explain the compensation plan to employees and maximise sales.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff training on new products/promotions and adherence to policies.
• Staff scheduling to budgeted hours and maintain store cleanliness and inviting atmosphere.
