Qualifications

• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store in his/her absence.
• Assist day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales achievement.
• Merchandising/promotional activities.
• Customer service and retention.
• Inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations and deposits.
• Audits, employee training, store safety and security.
