Job summary

Mobily AT&T is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the store’s sales and operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage inventory, roll out new products, and collaborate with key partners to drive results.

You will also train staff to sell with confidence, maintain a welcoming store, and handle compliance and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong sales and leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
