Job summary

Mobily AT&T Family is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Durham, NC to lead sales and operations, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach your team, manage inventory, and rollout new products with key partners.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management, fluent English and Spanish, strong leadership, and flexible hours including weekends. Enjoy growth potential, health plans, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
