Mobily, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Rosenberg, TX. You will own store sales and operations, coach your team, and drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers uncapped bonus potential and growth within a fast-growing company.

You will lead inventory, implement new products, and ensure a high-energy, compliant store environment with top-tier service. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualificações

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.

Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes' radius from the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Shift:

• 8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday
