Job summary

Mobily, one of the nation’s leading AT&T authorized retailers, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Colorado Springs, CO. You will own store sales and operations, coach your team, and drive customer experiences to exceed goals.

In this role you’ll recruit and develop staff, manage inventory, and roll out new products with your District Manager. Competitive base+commission and uncapped bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes' radius from the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you'll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You'll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you'll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
