Mobily, one of the nation’s largest AT&T authorized retailers, is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Durham, NC. You will own sales and store operations, lead a team, coach performance, manage inventory, and roll out new products and services to drive growth.

Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspiring your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.

• Training and developing your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
• Playing an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
• Handling administrative duties like compliance and reporting with ease.

Qualifications: Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes’ radius from the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Shift:

• 8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday
