Job summary

Mobilelink USA is expanding and seeks a Retail Store Manager in Mattydale, NY. You will own the sales and operations of your store, lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience day to day.

This full-time role offers an 8-hour shift on weekdays with most Saturdays, plus unlimited earning potential through base pay plus commission. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned sales environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.

• 1+ yearof retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
