Mobilelink USA is a premier Cricket Wireless dealer seeking a Retail Store Manager in Sherwood, AR to lead sales and store operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage inventory, roll out new products and services, and collaborate with the District Manager to achieve goals. This role offers unlimited earning potential and rapid growth within a dynamic, nationwide expansion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
