Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Graham, TX to own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You'll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will manage inventory, roll out new products and services with the District Manager, and be the heartbeat of the store day-in and day-out, delivering outstanding results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
