Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to oversee all sales and operations at the Houston location. You will lead a team, drive customer experience, and achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with at least two years of retail sales management and experience recruiting and developing store staff. You will train employees, schedule shifts, and ensure compliant operations across promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and meet targets.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers and protect assets.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours and train on promotions and products.
• Assist with HR and Loss Prevention investigations and participate in events.
