Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Motivated and successful in retail sales with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our proven selling process and bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers, provide education, and ensure a low-pressure shopping experience.
• Support showroom setup and help customers load purchases into vehicles.
