Spectrum in Austin is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to customers in our stores. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, delivering exceptional service and helping customers choose the right solutions.

This role focuses on meeting sales goals, identifying opportunities, and building positive relationships through effective listening and clear communication. A high school diploma is required; bilingual Spanish helps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and payment transactions experience.
• Proficiency with personal technology and basic math.
• Ability to read/write/speak English; bilingual Spanish helpful.
• Experience in sales/customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
