The position requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, reliability, and the ability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends. A valid work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobily and AT&T with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with opportunities for bonuses.
• May participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotions on behalf of AT&T.
• Attend events with notice; participation is a condition of employment.
