You will work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with benefits like PTO after 90 days, health, dental and vision insurance, and a new-hire bonus of $500.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and able to work at multiple locations.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Represent Mobily and AT&T professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leaders with operations and daily duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in outreach events when required.
• Engage customers at events to support brand awareness and business growth.
