Mobily is an AT&T authorized retailer in the United States seeking a bilingual Retail Sales Consultant in Houston, TX. The role offers base pay plus commission with earning potential, full-time/part-time flexibility, and training provided.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, promote AT&T products, and meet sales KPIs across locations within a district. Candidates must be 18+, able to work 32 hours weekly, and have reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• As part of this role, employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of AT&T.
