Ashley Furniture stores are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to turn store guests into loyal customers. You will guide guests, inspire with lifestyle home furnishings, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, engaging customers, and supporting store operations while representing the Ashley brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Gets charged up by interacting with others, being outgoing and easy to talk to.

• Process sales orders accurately, assist with credit applications and financing, document transactions.
