Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer in Knoxville, Tennessee, seeks a Bilingual Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales goals, and deliver outstanding customer service across our locations.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, execute local promotions, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure policy compliance while working retail hours. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions and monthly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
