Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants in Union, New Jersey. If you speak Spanish and English, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through device options and services.

You’ll be scheduling 9am–9pm with weekends, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. Uncapped commissions can push earnings well beyond base pay. Training and tools are provided; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions with uncapped opportunities.
• Participate in events to engage the community and drive sales.
• Support scheduling and operations within 9am–9pm shifts including weekends.
