Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in New Jersey. You will use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and leverage AT&T’s products to meet sales targets while earning commissions.

You’ll participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Schedule includes 9am–9pm with weekend shifts and advancement opportunities. Training provided for newcomers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online order filling and outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility helps you stay current with evolving tech.
• If you have no sales experience, training and coaching will help you meet goals.
