AT&T in Freehold, NJ is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless devices and services with a consultative approach. You’ll build relationships on the sales floor and leverage AT&T’s full product suite to meet customer needs.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with vacation and benefits as listed. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you hit sales goals with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred, beneficial for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with advance notice for shifts.
