AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Addison, TX to help customers choose the right devices and services. You will use a consultative approach to guide options and close sales, with uncapped commissions that boost earnings.

Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with training provided for those new to sales. This role places you at the center of customer interactions and community events while leveraging AT&T’s product suite.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? AT&T will provide tools, training and coaching to meet goals.
• Bilingual ability is highlighted as a plus for starting pay potential.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options and close deals.
• Engage with the community through events and online orders; make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (9am–9pm) including weekends; adhere to the seniority-based schedule process.
