AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Denton, TX. You will use a consultative approach to help customers choose devices and services while aiming to meet sales targets and earn commissions. The role emphasizes personalized service and building lasting customer relationships.

Work 40 hours per week with shifts from 9am to 9pm, including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance planning for shifts.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets with product knowledge.
