The role includes ongoing training, potential to earn commissions, and opportunities to engage with the community at events. Base pay ranges from $16 to $21 per hour with annual commissions up to $18,000 for hitting goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Open to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to grow the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting with them and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
