Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will drive retail sales, uncover customer needs, and deliver top-down solutions using cutting-edge technology.

You’ll grow your skills through training and expand the customer base through outbound outreach and community events. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with commissions up to $18,000 annually, and top performers can reach $65,000–$75,500+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for complete top-down sales.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to expand loyalty.
