Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour with commissions up to $18,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and residency-based incentives. Training and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service.
• Identify customer needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommended solutions to complete sales.
• Close sales with strong communication and understand customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills in merchandising and inventory.
• Assist in outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers to grow the base.
• Engage with the community at events to expand loyal customers.
