Job summary

Pull-A-Part, LLC is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them to parts in the yard, answer questions, and process transactions. You’ll ensure each guest leaves with the right part and a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and the ability to use digital tools and kiosks. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with weekend and overtime availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, or call center.
• Proficient with basic computer/electronic tools and cash handling.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Your Role

As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first and last person our customers interact with. You'll help guide them through our parts yard, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure every customer leaves with the help they need. This role is essential to providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining a smooth retail operation.

What You Bring as a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Bonus Skills:

• Basic automotive parts or repair knowledge
• Automotive parts sales experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (required!)
