Job summary

Pull-A-Part in Houston is seeking a motivated Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to guide customers through our parts yard, answer questions, and process transactions. You’ll ensure every customer leaves with the help they need and support a smooth retail operation.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-facing job, comfort with digital tools, and strong communication. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, with weekend and overtime availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required
• Comfort using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation
