Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandiser to greet customers, guide them to products or parts specialists, and handle front-end duties. You will manage stock, pricing, and displays, while supporting security and check-out processes with a friendly approach.

Ideal candidates bring strong numerical and organizational skills, multi-language ability (Spanish a plus), and prior cashier or stocking experience.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal communication skills and numerical aptitude.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist in locating merchandise or directing to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, stock merchandise, and keep front displays clean and stocked.
• Process sales and returns promptly and professionally; assist at the checkout when needed.
• Serve as a deterrent for shoplifting and assist with store security duties.
• Make display changes per planograms and manage sale signs and flyers.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
