Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front showroom stocked, fronted, and clean while greeting customers and assisting with sales prep.

The role includes updating planograms, price labels, displays, and handling stock adjustments, cycle counts, and weekly merchandising tasks. You may also work as cashier or drive deliveries when needed; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and put up stock.
• Keep merchandise displayed fronted and updated per company guidelines.
• Change displays and update price signs; ensure sale materials are in place.
• Remove sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with manager on weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
