• Supports Frontend Team in the absence of the Frontend Manager.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and proper store presentation.
• Enforces store policies on quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Manages returns, refunds, and credits as needed.
• Schedules cashier and courtesy clerk breaks; completes shift procedures.
