Responsibilities

• Greets customers and addresses questions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Provides support to Frontend team in the absence of Frontend Manager.
• Operates front-end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner.
• Maintains positive team relationships and demonstrates empathy.
• Communicates and enforces standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintains presentation of work area and uniforms.
• Uses POS and handles cash with balanced drawers.
• Processes returns, refunds, and credits.
• Schedules coverage for cashier and courtesy clerk breaks.
• Completes beginning and end-of-shift procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
