Qualifications

Minimum three years of retail banking or related financial institution experience.
Two or more years of progressive leadership, supervisory, or branch management experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for branch staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, employee development, performance evaluations, corrective action, and recognition.
Create and manage retail employee schedules and approve timecards.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients regarding deposit products, loans, digital banking, and account maintenance.
Build and maintain relationships within the Hispanic community through culturally responsive service and outreach.
Lead retention, business development, and growth initiatives and manage a pipeline of prospects and clients.
Log referrals and customer feedback in internal systems.
Prepare month-end management reports for executive visibility.
Ensure transactions balance daily and cash handling accountability; service ATMs and conduct audits.
Address difficult customer situations and resolve inquiries.
