Job summary

Oriental Bank is seeking an Associate, Retail Channel (Teller) to deliver superior customer service on-site in Dorado, PR. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers, ensure accuracy, and promote bank products to customers in line with policies.

The role requires at least an associate degree in business administration or related field and one year in customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or approved credits in Business Administration or related field required.
• One year of retail, customer service or cash register experience required.
• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Visio among others.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, efficient customer service and handle transactional services.
• Promote and provide information on bank products and channels; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Ensure transactions comply with operating policies, procedures and regulations.
• Balance cash funds and reconcile transactions; maintain logs and registers.
• Receive inquiries and refer to appropriate area; report suspicious activity.
