Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree desirable.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and advise on financial solutions.
• Proactively engage with customers to grow loyalty.
