Job summary

Youth Transforming Justice is seeking a Bilingual Restorative Justice Coordinator in California to support 5th–12th grade students with social-emotional learning and mentorship. You will work with families and school staff, provide trauma-informed guidance, and deliver harm-reduction education.

The role emphasizes early intervention, case management, and cross-cultural communication to ensure students receive coordinated care and access to community resources. In-person work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• At least two years of experience in school, health, or community settings.
• Preferred CADC, CATC, or CPS credentials.
• Spanish fluency preferred; English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide social-emotional and behavioral support through one-on-one coaching and small group sessions.
• Case management and referrals; track progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with families and school staff; provide bilingual support or translation when needed.
• Lead substance safety training and harm reduction education for students and parents.
