Job summary

Laradon is seeking a Bilingual Residential Services Program Coordinator to oversee 24-hour residential services within the CLS department in Denver. The role works with the department director to promote quality of life and participant development, trains host home providers, and ensures IS-SP/IDT milestones are met.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage regulatory compliance while supporting participants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field; five years direct experience may substitute.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25 pounds and stay active for the full workday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement individual residential programming for participants on caseload.
• Ensure participants’ health and safety needs are met.
• Monitor participants’ medical needs and support host home providers with finances.
• Prepare for and attend SP/IDT meetings and train HHPs on ISSP programs.
• Maintain ISSP tracking, review incident reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
