Job summary

ALLO Communications currently seeks a Customer Experience Specialist in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role is 100% in-office, starting with a 7-week training program, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CT.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders for new installation and provisioning.
• Complete change-of-service requests and update accounts.
• Receive and initiate calls from customers reporting trouble and open/resolve tickets.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
