Job summary

Parexel Glendale, CA is seeking an Onsite Research Associate who is fluent in English and Mandarin to support Phase I trials. You will recruit participants, manage visits and logs, and ensure safety and quality throughout study activities.

The role offers day shifts Mon-Fri with occasional weekend work. Compensation starts at $20 to $25 per hour, plus opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits. A strong emphasis is placed on training and internal career growth.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Patient care experience highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
B.S.+ in related life science field OR HS diploma/GED with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Understand study protocols and complete required medical procedures.
Recruit study participants by calling the database and attending events.
Enter participants in tracking systems and maintain logs.
Conduct screening visits and assist with assessment of medications and adverse events.
Prepare and monitor study supplies and stock levels in clinic.
Label, inventory, and send plasma samples.
Problem solve participant issues as they arise.
Ensure participant safety is provided.
Assist with monitor visits and room setup.
Identify issues needing sponsor approval and bring to CRC.
Maintain knowledge of Clinical Operating Guidelines.
