Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a part-time Spanish–English bilingual research assistant to support studies on bilingual children's language development and identification of developmental language disorders. The role involves data management, assessing language in Spanish and English in school settings, transcription and coding of samples, and general lab support in Omaha.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of college coursework or equivalent experience required.
• Bilingual skills may be required based on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support bilingual data collection and processing for language development studies.
• Administer language and literacy assessments in Spanish and English with children in school settings.
• Transcribe and code language samples; perform data quality checks.
• Maintain study records and materials; assist with lab administration.
• Recruit, schedule, and conduct testing sessions when needed.
