Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who connects with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide trusted financial guidance.

You will educate clients on deposit and loan products, open accounts, and process requests, while maintaining a digital-first service mindset. You will build strong client relationships and collaborate with branch teams to serve customers, gather information, and refer solutions that fit their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
