Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer-focused teller in New Jersey to educate clients on mobile and online banking and assist with cash transactions. You will engage clients, build relationships, and guide them toward financial solutions while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, a High School diploma, and at least 1 year of sales experience plus 6 months of cash handling. Weekend/extended hours availability is needed to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies.
