Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor - Bilingual to deliver high‑quality member service and cross-sell products. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, an ability to process transactions, and to guide members on channel options including online banking and mobile apps.

You will open memberships and loans, refer to partners, and maintain compliance with policies and training. A supportive, community-focused culture awaits with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail.
• Notary public license must be obtained within 12 months of hire; NMLS registration required.

Responsabilidades

• Process transactions accurately and educate members on self-service channels.
• Open new memberships, accounts, and loans; cross-sell financial products.
• Refer members to branch partners for financial, real estate, and business services as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, BSA training, and complete required development.
• Support marketing programs and assist with promotions; train new staff as needed.
