Job summary

YES Prep Public Schools is seeking a Secondary Registrar in Houston, TX. This 12-month, non-exempt, hourly position reports to the Director of Campus Operations. Start date is the 26-27 of the school year.

Responsibilities

• Resolve all student errors prior to PEIMS.
• Maintain student files and confidentiality of records.
• Oversee file organization and data entry in SIS.
• Verify data and address audit findings.
• Serve as liaison between campus and Home Office on student data.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and org policies for student data.
• Compile and maintain complex records and reports.
