Legacy Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) to support dentists in Kern County, CA. The role entails chairside assistance during restorative and oral surgery procedures, patient education, and light administrative duties.

Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), patient‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinic. A valid RDA certification, radiation safety training, and BLS are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required.
• Proof of completion of a radiation safety course.
• Coronal polishing and sealants certification required.
• Current and valid BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and escort to the operatory.
• Assist dentists chairside during dental and oral surgery procedures.
• Prepare materials, instruments, and equipment for treatments.
• Take dental X-rays per radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain infection control standards in a sterile environment.
• Review health histories and chart entries under dentist direction.
• Stock operatories and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Set up trays and tools based on the daily schedule.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of dental equipment.
