Job summary

Based in one of Amer Sports' US offices (Ogden, NY, or Chicago) with hybrid work. The candidate will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ethics and Compliance experience with in-house program management and/or management consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks across the Americas.
• Proficiency with compliance technology platforms (hotline/case management, LMS, policy tools, analytics dashboards) and AI tools.
• Experience with policy management, training design, and compliance analytics.
• Ability to interpret data, assess risks, and translate insights into actionable guidance.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Policy Governance & Management: maintain policy framework and harmonize policies.
• Training & Communications: design bilingual (English/Spanish) materials and role-based curricula.
• Conflict of Interest Program Management: administer COI program and disclosures.
• Program Monitoring: develop KPIs/KRIs and dashboards for monitoring.
• Regulatory Intelligence: monitor developments across the Americas and translate into guidance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with business, HR, Legal, IT, Finance to embed compliance.
