Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and life experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Determine needs for medical, legal, mental health, educational, and social services.
• Assist clients in enrolling in services and developing individualized service plans.
• Conduct community outreach and provide mental health first aid.
