Job summary

HomeSafe Florida is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency. This role coordinates referrals from the Early Learning Coalition, schedules appointments, and provides program information to families and partners.

You will maintain records in HBDS, assist the QA Manager, and help with reports, materials, and communications, while ensuring timely follow-up and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of related experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
• Successful completion of a background check through Clearinghouse

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals from the Early Learning Coalition by contacting families, explaining services, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions in HBDS.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals with Developmental Consultants, Liaisons, and Outreach Educators; communicate updates to program leadership.
• Maintain accurate program records through data entry, case tracking, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, educational materials, and monthly communications; support program operations and collaboration with community partners.
• Monitor referral progress from intake through case closure, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service for children and families.
